The Retrofit Specialist works with the Team Foreman and co-workers to ensure that the project scope is completed on time and according to VESP processes, policies, and our commitment to quality customer experience. You'll be hands-on replacing fixtures, running conduit, and executing LED retrofit scopes across commercial facilities nationwide.
The Team Foreman leads a crew of 2–6 technicians on commercial LED retrofit projects. You'll be responsible for daily coordination, quality control, client communication on-site, and ensuring scopes are completed on schedule.
